By accessing or using DataGuida, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. By using DataGuida, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. What DataGuida provides

DataGuida provides tools to explore aggregated Data job listings, view job market dashboards, track applications, and ask supported job market questions through J.A.R.V.I.S.

DataGuida is not an employer, recruitment agency, job marketplace operator, or party to any employment relationship between a user and a third party.

4. Accounts and guest access

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Information submitted through your account must be lawful and accurate.
• You must notify DataGuida if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
• Guest access may provide fewer features and may end when the browser session ends.

5. Acceptable use

You may use DataGuida for lawful personal, educational, and career-related purposes.

You must not:

• Break any applicable law or infringe another person's rights.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, databases, prompts, API keys, or credentials without authorization.
• Upload, submit, or transmit malware, harmful code, spam, or disruptive content.
• Use automated methods to overload, scrape, copy, or interfere with DataGuida without written permission.
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, safety controls, or technical restrictions.
• Use J.A.R.V.I.S. to generate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent affiliation with DataGuida, an employer, or a recruitment platform.

6. Job listings and external services

Job listings are aggregated from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, changed, or removed. DataGuida does not guarantee that a listing is current, genuine, accurate, available, or suitable for a particular user.

Always verify salary, location, requirements, deadlines, employer identity, and application instructions on the original recruitment source before acting.

External websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. DataGuida is not responsible for their content, security, availability, or conduct.

7. J.A.R.V.I.S. and AI-generated content

J.A.R.V.I.S. uses automated rules, fixed DataGuida tools, and the Google Gemini API to generate responses. AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

J.A.R.V.I.S. is provided for general job market information only. It is not legal, financial, medical, immigration, recruitment, or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking important information before relying on it.

Do not submit sensitive, confidential, proprietary, or unnecessary personal information in J.A.R.V.I.S. questions.

8. Job Tracker and user notes

Job Tracker is a personal organizational tool. You remain responsible for your notes, application decisions, deadlines, communications, and records. Do not store unlawful content or sensitive information that is not necessary for tracking an application.

9. Intellectual property

DataGuida's original software, interface, design, branding, written content, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless stated otherwise. These terms do not transfer ownership to users.

Job listing content, company names, logos, trademarks, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on DataGuida does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

10. Availability and changes

DataGuida may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature at any time, including to perform maintenance, improve security, respond to provider changes, or comply with legal requirements. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, DataGuida is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or employment outcome.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DataGuida and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar losses arising from use of the service, reliance on job or AI information, missed opportunities, third-party conduct, data loss, or service interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Suspension and termination

DataGuida may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a violation of these terms, security risk, unlawful activity, abuse, or material harm to the service or other users.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without limiting any mandatory consumer or data protection rights that apply to you. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before pursuing other remedies available under applicable law.

15. Changes to these terms

DataGuida may update these terms to reflect service, provider, security, or legal changes. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
